We offer clinic appointments Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:00am-4:30pm, Wednesdays from 8:30am-8:00pm, and select Saturday mornings.  Please call our office for details.

Health Plan Participation:
We participate with all major health plans in the area. We advise you to call your insurance company to confirm that we are within your specific insurance network. If you need an insurance provider number, please call our office at 952-832-5252. Check your policy to see if a referral from your primary physician is required.

Protect Your Hearing. Hearing Loss is often preventable. We are pleased to provide our patients with free foam ear plugs to protect your hearing, for use around loud machinery, at concerts, or near other loud noises. Please pick them up during your next visit to our office.
